How does purchasing a property from your site work?

Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
The price you see is what you pay for the property. There is usually recording fees and title transfer fees also. We split title company fees 50/50 with our buyers and rest assured there is no surprise gotcha fees. We are here for you and make the process simple.
Are you a real estate agent?
We are not realtors/real estate agents or brokers. We are property owners and investors. We trade property ourselves and do not represent anyone in the transaction. We buy with our own funds and sell at reasonable below market prices. We can do this as we are experts in marketing these lower priced properties online which realtors typically don’t have experience with.
Why are your properties so cheap?
We provide cheaper prices as we are national, there is no broker fee or commission. These are direct transactions between buyer and seller every step taken to make the transfer as simple as possible. We also sell at volume so we urge our customers to research these properties themselves .
Can you help me look for a specific kind of property?
We would love to help you find your dream property. Most of our customers spend years before finding theirs. The best way to see everything first is via our mailing list. You will be notified as soon as a property is listed.
How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
All the details for each property are clearly laid out in the listing. The transfers for lower value properties under $10,000 are done directly to avoid fees, we typically use title companies for more expensive transactions. We will work with you in this process and rest assured will address any inquiry or request you may have. We are genuine people and understand the risk for our customers.
