The price you see is what you pay for the property. There is usually recording fees and title transfer fees also. We split title company fees 50/50 with our buyers and rest assured there is no surprise gotcha fees. We are here for you and make the process simple.
We are not realtors/real estate agents or brokers. We are property owners and investors. We trade property ourselves and do not represent anyone in the transaction. We buy with our own funds and sell at reasonable below market prices. We can do this as we are experts in marketing these lower priced properties online which realtors typically don’t have experience with.

The transfers for lower value properties under $10,000 are done directly to avoid fees, we typically use title companies for more expensive transactions.
